Writer’s Side, India’s first professional manuscript assessment service, is the brainchild of Kanishka Gupta, formerly an editor with a literary agency and a popular arts magazine. He has worked as the head of a men ‘s lifestyle portal. He has also worked with a publishing house as a freelance consultant. He is particularly interested in literary fiction and strong, relevant non-fiction.

At Writer’s Side, our team of skilled and proficient readers will give valuable and realistic assessment of manuscripts, both fiction and non-fiction. Apart from that, starting from Jan 2009 we will also be representing a very select list of authors in India and UK
